🧵 Tailor vs. Fashion Designer — Is There Really a Difference? ✂️✨

Think fashion designing is all about stitching clothes? Let’s clear that misconception! 👀

A tailor primarily focuses on stitching, measurements, fitting, and executing a given design. A fashion designer goes beyond that — developing concepts, creating original designs, understanding fabrics, exploring trends, and turning creativity into wearable fashion. 🎨👗

At FIDA The Design School, we help students develop the creative and technical skills needed to think like a professional fashion designer — from concept development and design exploration to practical industry exposure.

Because fashion is not just about making clothes. It’s about creating ideas that people want to wear. 💫
